A lot of people think vision boards are a mere arts project, reserved for girls and women who love making artsy things as a hobby.  What these people don’t know, however, is that they’re underestimating a very powerful tool that can help them create the life of their dreams.

In fact, there are plenty of vision board men advocates and believers who are some of the most well-known personalities in the world.  These men have used the Law of Attraction to help them achieve their wildest dreams.

And if you’re one of the male skeptics about this New Age method to achieving your goals, then it’s about time you get to know some of the most amazing men who advocate visualization and the Law of Attraction.

We’ve researched some of the most well-known athletes, actors, and celebrities who are vocal about their use of vision boards, visualization, and the Law of Attraction.  It is our hope these men will inspire you to create your very own dream board to help you create the life you wish to live.

Here are 7 inspirational vision board men advocates and believers:

  1. STEVE HARVEY

Steve Harvey is one of the biggest names on television today.  He is a comedian, New York Times Bestselling Author, and TV host of the Family Feud and The Steve Harvey Morning Show among many other hosting jobs.

His first claim to fame began as a popular standup comedian, which began his career in entertainment.  But before that, he worked a number of different odd jobs, which included being a boxer, a carpet cleaner, a mail carrier, and an insurance salesman, and he was even homeless for 3 years.

Harvey is known as a multi-millionaire, one of the most well-known TV hosts in the world, and a philanthropist.

He is also known as a big proponent of the Law of Attraction, visualizations, and of course, vision boards.  In an interview with Oprah in 2014, Harvey revealed that if he didn’t make these collages, he would be in trouble.  He has boards for every aspect of his life, and he encourages the public to make them.  He’s created videos on how to use these tools to achieve your goals, he’s mentioned it countless times in interviews, and he has several videos on Youtube talking about the topic.

One of the biggest goals he has on his board is to be able to put thousands of students through college.  Not only does he use this Law of Attraction tool to attract success and material possessions (like a private plane), but he and his wife use it to do good to society.

  1. JOHN ASSARAF

John Assaraf is a motivational speaker, author, and successful entrepreneur.  He was one of the main advocates of the Law of Attraction, in the film, The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne.  He has also created a book/journal called, The Complete Vision Board Kit:  Using the Power of Intention and Visualization to Achieve Your Dreams, which was published in 2008.

One of the most amazing stories Assaraf has shared is about the story of his dream house, which he purchased in May of 2000.  As he was unpacking his things, he discovered a number of dream boards he made in 1995.  It had pictures of material things he wanted to buy, the success of his business, and many other images.  One of the pictures featured the back of a house he was dreaming of.  When he took a closer look, he bawled with disbelief.

This picture of his dream house was the very house he purchased and was now living in.  He forgot about the vision boards as his business took off, and when he found them, he realized his dream actually came true, without him realizing it.

  1. JACK CANFIELD

Jack Canfield is an award-winning author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and corporate trainer.  In the 70s, he was earning $8,000 per year but had bigger dreams for himself.  He discovered the Law of Attraction and wanted to try if it worked.  And so, he made himself a $100,000 check, which he thought was out of his reach at the time.

In a year’s time, he was able to earn $100,000, and realized, if the Law of Attraction worked for this amount, would it work for $1 Million?  And so, he wrote another check and this time for $1 Million.

Would you believe he was able to achieve it again? He received a real check for $1 Million as royalty for a book series he co-authored, which was the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, named by USA Today in 1993 as the third best-selling book in the US.

Today, Canfield uses vision boards for many aspects of his life.  Some of the images he has on the board include a man doing yoga, a picture of more money, trips to Hawaii and Tahiti, a piano (as he wants to learn to play), and so much more.

  1. CONOR MCGREGOR

Conor McGregor is one of the biggest names in mixed martial arts.  He was named by Forbes as the highest-paid athlete in 2021, and his fight with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. earned him a whopping $100 Million.

McGregor was introduced to the Law of Attraction by his sister, Erin.  He uses the rules of the Law in his fights as well as many aspects of his life.  One of which is having a mural painted of him knocking out Floyd Mayweather, Jr. in his first attempt at a boxing career.  Though he lost to Mayweather in their fight, he did earn a sizable income from the fight.

McGregor grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and struggled as a young adult working as a plumber.  He used to visualize himself in a top-down Bentley and cruising along Southern California.  He also visualized and felt the weight of championship belts on his body even before he started to win in the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship).

Long before he had visions painted on walls, and long before he started winning, McGregor was already practicing visualization techniques.

  1. WILL SMITH

Will Smith is a multi-awarded Hollywood actor, rapper, and TV personality.  He rose to fame by playing the lead in the TV show, Fresh Prince of Bel Air.  He’s had a stellar career in Hollywood, and in April 2007, was named by Newsweek as “the most powerful actor in Hollywood.”

Did you know that he credited vision boards for helping him get the roles of his movies, Men In Black, and Independence Day?

Smith has been a long-time advocate of the Law of Attraction, and lives by the Confucious quote: “He who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right.”

He has also said that before landing the role of his lifetime as the “Fresh Prince,” he had always visualized himself being an A-list actor in Hollywood.

  1. JIM CARREY

Jim Carrey is one of the most vocal vision board men advocates of the present day.  He has created videos talking about the Law of Attraction and visualization, as well as spoken about the topic in many interviews.

Carrey is one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood.  He starred in Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura:  Pet Detective, and The Mask, which catapulted him to global stardom.  But before he became one of the most popular faces in comedy, Carrey was a starving actor in Hollywood.

He was struggling from audition to audition and getting rejected left and right.  One of his dreams, however, was getting paid millions for one acting role.  He believed in himself so much that he made a check addressed to himself for $10M and noted:  “For acting services rendered.”  He even gave himself a deadline.

Within one year, he was cast in the movie, Dumb and Dumber, and guess how much he was paid for the role?  Yes, you guessed it right.  He was paid $10M “For acting services rendered.”

  1. KELLAN LUTZ

And last on our list is Kellan Lutz, whom we’ve mentioned time and time again for his work on vision boards.  A list of inspirational men who advocate for the making of these dream boards is never complete without Lutz, who, together with his manager, Ryan Daly, petitioned the National Vision Board Day, which is held every second Saturday of January.

Lutz is a popular Hollywood actor, famous for his role as Emmett Cullen in the Twilight Saga.  He has been an advocate of the Law of Attraction, and credits his dream boards for bringing him roles, his marriage, as well as his personal goals.

Just like Steve Harvey, Lutz also uses this visualization tool to help others.  One of his biggest goals is to help child victims of sex trafficking, which won him the GQ award for “Gentleman of the Year.”

Lutz also hosts vision board parties every year, inviting family and friends and encouraging them to help them achieve their goals, resolutions, and dreams.

A TD Bank survey in 2016 revealed that people who make vision words for their “financial and other goals” are 50% more confident that they will achieve them versus those who don’t make these boards.  The study also revealed that people who make them feel “accomplished and happy.”  This study goes on to show the positive effects of making these boards, whether you’re male or female.

If you’re new to making this tool, don’t worry, as there are kits that help you get started, such as The Vision Cloud’s Original Vision Board Kit.  It has a sturdy board, 100 images, 40 stickers, and 60 motivational words that will help you create your very first collage of dreams.
